"What do you have in there anyways?"
Isn't this a question nearly everybody who carries a purse/bag of some sort is asked at least once? If you've ever wondered what I keep in my purse, well today's your lucky day!

iPod & Webcam Photos March 22 & 23
I'm going to try and get back in the blogging swing now that it's spring and more things are happening.
This past Monday I had an interview at a bakery for a part-time bakery clerk position! The interview went well in my eyes, but they had said they'd contact me Wednesday or Thursday and I've heard nothing yet. Maybe it was too good to be true. That just means I need to keep on looking! If only part-time jobs were a bit easier to come by. I'm not going to stop thinking positive anytime soon though, that won't help me at all.
In the meantime here are a few snaps of myself to hold you over. As if you'd miss this mug, right? :P
It was so nice outside yesterday and the previous day as well and it's pretty sad that the temperatures have since dropped back to normal chilly Canadian March numbers. It was nice while it lasted though!
While on our walk to get groceries the other day Dan and I spotted two lonely mittens :(
We also spotted this snail, we saw a bigger version on a dumpster once that said "slow yr roll..."
Today I'm wearing purple and it's giving me a nice spring feeling even though I know it's going to get really chilly the next few days compared to yesterday and that makes me a bit of a grump.

Queen Amidala; Fashionista Extraordinaire
Ever since I first saw Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace I have been fascinated with the amazing and extravagant costumes that Queen Amidala and her decoy wear. Since last Tuesday Dan and I went to see it in theaters in 3D I wanted to do a post dedicated to the most stylish person in the Star Wars universe.

Sew a Hello Kitty Cushion
Earlier today Dan and I had to go out to pick up some groceries, we also stopped in to Value Village where I found this awesome Sew a Hello Kitty kit for only $3.99!
There was only one piece missing, and it was just the tiny piece of yellow felt for the nose. That was easily fixed with a yellow marker though :)
Finished product is pretty cute! :)

Valentine's Day
I had a great day yesterday with Dan! We started the day off by getting some bagels for lunch, because as we all know bagels are the foundation for a great start to a day!
Monday night I tried my hand at doing marbled nail art. It turned out pretty messy, but at least I know to use better colors next time and it was fun! Search on Google or YouTube for marble nail art tutorials, it's pretty easy and you get fun results that are different on each nail!
I brought Dan some treats for Valentine's, some brownies and a heart shaped chocolate chip cookies! The cupcake papers and fancy toothpicks were something I picked up in September or October for only $3.99, I was so excited to finally use them!
This is the card I made for Dan, maybe just the best Valentine's card ever!
Dan also got me a few treats, some really cute kitty stickers that I've put over my laptop and some Betty Boop gum (isn't the container the cutest?!)
For Christmas my sister bought me a box of chocolate covered cherries, something I usually treat myself to on Valentine's Day so I had not opened them until yesterday! Needless to say Loki was pretty interested, she thought they were little round toys!
By far the best part of the night though was our movie date! Dan took me to see Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace in 3D! It was awesome, so so awesome. I really hope they continue to re-lease the rest of the films in 3D, because I will never say no to Star Wars on the big screen. They had red and black 3D glasses especially for the movie too, I loved them! After the movie we grabbed some pizza, then had some drinks back at home. It was such a great day.
